Italian Finesse: Stairwell Installation
Where space was a premium, Southern Lifts installed a compact InDomo home lift within an existing stairwell's structure.
The problem
The homeowners needed a lift but had extremely limited space in their home. The only viable location was within their existing stairwell, which presented challenges for both space and integration with the home's design.
What we did
The InDomo compact home lift was selected for its Italian design and minimal footprint. We installed it within the stairwell structure, maintaining stair access while adding lift functionality.
The result
A space-efficient solution that added accessibility without compromising the home's aesthetic or requiring major structural modifications. The Italian design and finishes complemented the home's existing style.
