Southern Lifts Logo

A lift for
every landing.

A deliberately small range from three manufacturers, each model kept because it answers something the others can't — a shallow pit, a low ceiling, a blackout, a heritage façade. Pick a category to see the numbers.

Start with three questions

Almost every specification comes down to these. Bring the answers — or just your floor plan — and we can shortlist on the first call.

01

Where is it going?

A home, a workplace or a short outdoor rise. This decides the standard the lift is certified to before anything else is considered.

02

How far does it travel?

Anything from a 1.5-metre platform to twelve metres, or four levels served. Travel rules out more models than any other single figure.

03

What can you dig?

Some of our range needs 50mm; some needs no pit at all. On a slab or a retrofit this is usually the question that decides it.

What every lift includes

Whichever model you land on, the things that matter after handover are the same.

Certified for Australia

AS1735, NCC E3.6 and DDA obligations checked against your site, not a foreign market.

Self-supporting

No load-bearing walls needed on most models, which keeps the builder's work down.

Parts held locally

We stock for all three manufacturers in Melbourne, so a fault isn't a six-week wait.

Serviced in-house

Our own technicians, 24/7 emergency callout, never handed to a subcontractor.

Specified like a room

A lift shouldn't look like plant equipment parked in your hallway. Every car is specified floor to ceiling, and across three manufacturers the range of finishes is genuinely wide.
