Who we are
Right here in Melbourne we're a team of designers, project managers and technicians. We carry a project from the first conversation about what you want, through install and commissioning, and onwards into servicing and 24/7 emergency support — the same people at every stage.
Twenty years of that has taught us the hard part isn't installing a lift. It's picking one out of a global market full of machines that don't suit Australian homes, Australian standards, or Australian parts availability.

How a manufacturer gets on our list
Four questions. All four have to be yes, or we don't carry them — however good the machine looks in a brochure.
Does it fit the house?
Pit depth, headroom, and whether the structure can be self-supporting. Most imports fail here.
Is it compliant here?
AS1735, NCC E3.6 and the DDA. Certification in another market means nothing on a Victorian site.
Can we get parts?
A lift out of service six weeks waiting on a boat isn't a lift. We hold local stock for all three.
Will we service it?
We only sell what our own technicians are trained and willing to maintain for twenty years.

How a project runs
Six stages, the same six every time — and the last one carries on for as long as you own the building.
01Consult
Call the sales team or visit the showroom, where four models are installed and operating. We talk requirements and compliance in your space.
02Design
Flooring and wall panels through to lighting, handrails and operating panels. Everything you look at daily gets chosen deliberately.
03Site visit
Our project managers come out and take on the heavy lifting, building a schedule that fits your builder's program.
04Install
Technicians fit the lift into the space — mechanical and electrical components, both by the same crew.
05Commission
Final connections, everything switched on, compliance checks performed and signed off. The lift is yours to use.
06Service
We switch into maintenance mode. Our technicians keep the lift running for as long as you own the building.
